You have a good understanding of this! My computer has crashed since trying to use Windows Blog feature on my new Vista 64-bit computer. I get the following error message: when I try to open ANYTHING on my laptop in vista, i get this message

C:\Windows\system32\wow64cpu.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support.

I CANNOT find a viable solution on any internet page and my laptop is "at the shop" with, I think, tech.s who have no idea how to fix it! HELP
